We have had alot of activity over the past week and currently have 3 families that are interested...I'm not sure, but the market seems to be picking up or people are tired of paying the extra 7% to agents. If all goes well we should have a contract within a week.

It is a very nice, spacious house and is priced to sell. We are asking 135,900 and it is 3/2 with the potential for more on the lower level.
