I asked about this medicine awhile back, I have been on it for two weeks now 25mg 2x day with great results.Only one headache in 12 days. I have had the tingling hands. Will this get better ? it is annoying as heck (I can live with it, verses a migraine)With all I have read, I feel lucky that I have not had any of the other side effect. Just hoping this "buzzing" gets better....Anyboby ?????

My husband has been on this med since June for seizures and he has had some tingling in his hands. He also has lost nearly 30 pounds since he stated taking Topamax.

I have been on this medication since April... While i have not seen the weight lost that Rita mentioned that her husband had seen, I have seen some, about 10lbs... and YES the tingling sensation has pretty much went away. It only happens every once in a while now. I was also lucky not to get all of the other CRAZY side effects. I am pretty much headache free!!!!
