I really like these topics, I get so many ideas for future meals and also some great recipes ......

SO ---

What are you having for tonight's meal?
Are you to busy to cook and are picking something up?
Are you defrosting something made before / left overs from the Frig?
Trying something new? Old?

We are having an old standby here, but freshly cooked and will be some left over for later this week (which will be even better) & some will be put into the freezer for later.

Having what we call "Hamburger Hash" -- a mixture of cooked ground beef with green pepper, onions & garlic into a broth of caraway seeds & "bouillion". It will have some potatoes which will be cooked until firm but will yield to a fork. Serving with garlic bread and a pumpkin pie I got from the P store (and it is yummy).

How about you?
