Wanted the afternoon folks to see 
We bought this but never installed it. At this point, it's just taking up space in the garage. The box hasn't even been opened. Current retail for this opener is around 135.00.

I am definitely interested, but first I need to make sure it's a 1/2 HP that I need. My tenant called me just today and said the door opener is going out. So I need to replace it.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, totally worn out and screaming, "WOO HOO what a ride"!
