Thomas Craven, age 21, of Cartersville, GA, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2009. He was born in Douglas County, October 24, 1988, and was preceded in death by his grandmother, Thelma Jones. Mr. Craven worked for Metal Conversion Technologies, LLC, in Cartersville. He was a member of Pine Baptist Church.
Survivors include his father, Scott Craven of Marietta; mother, Mary McVaigh & husband, Steve of Cartersville; sisters, Casey Michelle Craven of Dallas, and Jessica McVaigh of Cartersville; grandfather, William T. Jones of Iva, SC; and grandmother, Perry Goff of Kennesaw.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2009, at 11:00 AM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend G. R. Graves officiating. Interment will follow in Kennesaw Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
