Gonna sign up myself. Been doing a boot camp somewhere else -but the schedule just isn't doable. This schedule looks dooable. And, I sooo desparately need to get on the fitness train. Got a very, very active spring staring me in the face.

I have been looking for one of these to go to.
A friend of mine at work goes to one and she lost 2 pants sizes in a month!!!!!!!!
It is hard work and you don't stop because of rain or cold, but she says it is worth it!

I really want to do this, but I'm thinking the registration fee will be a bit much for right now. But I'm going to see if I can swing it. Anybody want an accountability partner to go with?

I was told the instructor works will ALL levels and will adjust the intensity to your level as you grow stronger. Most good exercise trainers or instructors can and WILL do this.

For a boot camp - this is VERY reasonably priced.

I went the really cheap way....Air Force boot camp....free.
Me going through it and making it....priceless.

That's the way I understood it. You chose either one. And I suppose you could mix it up. But I'm guessing.

Are there other boot camps in Paulding?

My manager does one near her house, but it's at 6am, and near Smyrna.... too far to participate with her (not to mention early). I'd love to try one, and another poster mentioned going to one.
