Close enough to home but far enough away to 'get away'

36' camper with built on living room, deck, running water, septic tank, satellite

We cannot get to the mountains as often as we would like. Since we are 'older', we cannot maintain the property as it should be. It was landscaped and has one of the most desirable lots in the campground. We thought the kids would like to use it also, but it just doesn't look as if they ever have time to get away either. The grandchildren love going there, but all the activities they are in, it's winter before we know it. I love it in the winter, but hubby doesn't. I love it in the summer, but hubby doesn't. He is a CITY BOY!!! Seeing deer walking around doesn't thrill him as it does me.
