It's the sun shining through a thinner area of the clouds, the thinner area happens to be circular in shape.
I fantasize about my dogs having jobs. I pretend that both of them are window cleaners and their kennel is their first starter home. I think the bigger dog is trying to bump off the smaller dog so he can have the kennel to himself. I know I have a problem, but don't animals have to earn a living too?

Dogs may not be our whole lives, but they make our lives whole.

A dog is not "almost human" and I know of no greater insult to the canine race than to describe it as such.

The more I see of humans, the more I admire dogs.

He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog.
You are his life, his love, his leader.

Do we have any UFO buffs on here? If I recall correctly, Russia has had numerous sightings and is a hot bed for ET at least according to the one documentary that I wantched about UFO's.lol

Do an internet search on CLOUD RINGS or RING CLOUDS and you will find the theories about what can cause these. They are rare, but not unheard of.

The search will result in 3 categories:
1 - Jewelry with clouds
2 - Scientific explanations and
3 - Conspiracy Theories

You decide which you want to believe.
When a liberal/democrat uses the word 'stupid' you know they've realized they're backing a position they can't logically defend.

Note: This applies to any other insult that may be used.
