I know it's early...but I was thinking about what to cook for dinner. I think I'll make shish-kebabs with beef smoked sausage, fresh garden zucchini and yellow squash, sweet Vidalia onions, and fresh pinapple chunks, grilled with a soy-garlic glaze, and served over coconut rice.

Mmmm. Yep, that's it. smile.gif

YUMMY!! I'm picking up Bruce from the Airport and taking him out on a Date! I haven't seen him in 10 days and I can't wait to see him!!! I'm even closing at 4:15 pm to get all dolled up for him. blush.gif AND the kids are staying another 3 weeks!!!! clapping.gif

His Mother gave him money for Father's Day for us to go out to Dinner tonight...so maybe Taki!!! It is a real treat for us to go there as we don't usually have the $$ to eat out expensively. I'm so excited!!! yahoo.gif

I have been looking all day for my recipie for zucchini lasagna. It takes slices of zucchini instead of noodles. It was wonderful when I made it last year and I wanted to do it again, now that they are ripening like crazy.

Anyone ever made it?
