Come and experience our fabulous Beef Brisket Sandwiches ($5)/Platters ($6). Smoked on the premises and available from 8 AM until 7 PM (or until we sell out!!). Large or small briskets available for purchase after 12 PM, sliced and vacuum packed. Homemade mustard sauce included with each purchase. clapping.gif

That's okay! It's a different animal and cut of meat. We cook them 'til they melt in your mouth. They're seasoned (a little bit spicy) and are great eaten either plain or as a sandwich. I used to love Boston Butt (I still do!), but the 1st time my husband made this brisket, I discovered a 'new' love!! wub.gif
