As some of you may know, my wife and I are remodeling her old family homeplace. As a result, we would like to sell the home we currently own which is located off of Dallas Nebo Rd. The market is slow and we recognize that we are going to have to be flexible with price and terms to make something work for both us and any potential buyer. The house is listed with a realtor who also happens to be my wife's sister so that gives us some additional flexibility.

If any of you know someone who is ready, willing and able (i.e. they have the desire as well as the financial and credit ability) to purchase a home priced in the mid 100's, please refer them to me. If the house sells and closes (i.e. money and ownership changes hands) then we will pay whoever referred this person to us $500.00 cash after closing.
