I am looking for someone who needs a one bedroom apartment. The complex is in hiram, no names mentioned, but directly behind hooters, next to the movie theater.

Details:

One bedroom, I believe these are just a lil over 1,000 square feet.

Very spacious with deck. It is fully furnished in the kitchen. The living room has a vaulted ceiling.

The rent per month including trash and water is $731. You have full access to tennis courts, swimming pool, laundry room (if you dont have your own w/d), workout room, and computer lab.

The power is around $70 a month, with me keeping the air around 70 degrees and regular use of the washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

This lease is ending in november, and you can choose to leave or stay at the same price, maybe better if you negotiate. The complex is quiet and nice, with no trouble.

You will be able to save security deposits, application fees, and signing a much longer lease by assuming mine. I have received a job transition to the other side of the state, is the only reason I am leaving.
