Here is the link for preregistration for the Bike Ride.
Yes helmuts will be required.
10,25,50, and 66 miles will be available.
Water and refreshments will be at the Chamber Trailhead, Coot's Lake, and Nathen Dean, as well as from the starting point at the Hiram Trailhead.
There are very few that have pre-registered.
Call us Friday night if you want a to go order of Low Country Boil. We will know about 8:30 to 9:00 if we will have extra. This is a little easier to produce in mass quantities [than the pizzas were.]

Q
PS: My ER crew are more Pizza/Chinese/Mexican oriented. Seems like we're always eating standing up and sometimes on the run. While I sure wouldn't mind some low country boil, I'm afraid that many of them would probably pass.
I'll check with them and give you a call, though, okay?
See you on the trail. Guess I'll have to buy a helmet, though! I know, I know......... "Why don't you already have one, Mr. Works-With-Head-Injury-Patients??????" So I'll get one with one of those mirrors that makes me look like a Borg, okay?

Rider Parking will be in front of the Bike Shop. They will open early and will be doing free tune ups.
Walker parking will be at Holy Cross Lutheran Church on Seaboard Street, Hiram Ruritan Sports Complext on Oak Street, and Hiram Elementay at the intersection of Oak Street and Seabord Avenue. You will have to enter Searboard Street or Oak Street from 92. The Road will be blocked off coming from Home Depot.
You can preregister on line with the links a couple of messages above.

No big deal, I'll be out there anyway. I'll just ride as a "renegade"

This will also be an opporrtunity for anyone what has been raising money for the Heart Association and Heart Walk to turn their money in so you [and the AHA volunteers] don't have to hassle with it at the Heart Walk Saturday morning.
Come on out to the Hiram Trailhead Saturday morning and show your support for The American Heart Association and Heart Walk & Ride 2004.
